A ruby-red rectangular stone with a sparkling border starts the line. Then comes a scrolled pearl accent and a round navratan cluster at the bottom, with a green stone in the centre ringed by red, blue, yellow, turquoise and green stones in antique gold. It is a full jewellery box in one earring.
